五个尾叶桉无性系的组培快繁试验初报

| 摘要 文章综述了五个尾叶桉无性系号（2号、3号、6号、7号、8号）的组培快繁过程，得出的结论是：MS适合它们增殖基本培养基；1/2MS适合生根基本培养基；五个无性系中，只有6号、7号、8号每瓶分化芽可取超过60枝芽作生根，且瓶内生根率都超过90%，初步认定6号、7号、8号组培快繁可形成生产能力。 | ||

| Five Clones of Eucalyptus Urophylla Preliminary | ||

| Abstract This paper summarized five clones (2,3.6.7.8) of Eucalyptus urophylla tissue culture process, MS is the best basic medium for proliferation, 1/2MS is the most suitable basic medium for rooting; form the three clones ( 6,7,8 ), more than 50 buds can be used for rooting each bottle. Rooting rate of all three clones( 6,7,8 ) was over 90% . Initially identified three clones (6,7,8) can be applied for production of propagation. | ||
